Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes is facilitated; however, APO/FPO addresses may result in undeliverable shipments. We recommend providing a residential address for successful delivery.

Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition (unwashed, with tags attached, and shoes and other stuff in their original boxes).
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
Return Restrictions
- We don't accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have their tags removed.
Exchanges & Returns
- We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Mail-in returns will incur a $6 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
Damages and Issues
- Please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
- Provide photos of any damage to expedite the process.
Refund Policy
- Full refunds are issued only if we are responsible for the reason for the return (e.g., wrong color or size).
- If we sent the wrong color or size, you can choose between a full refund or store credit.
- For returns, excluding orders for which NiceTrendyShoppe assumes responsibility, refunds are issued through store credit only.
Exceptions
- We strive to accurately depict clothing colors, but variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and device screens.
- Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
International Orders
- International orders are eligible for store credit returns only.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders.
